If you’re coming to The Clayson Stadium in Dorchester on Wednesday, here is everything you need to know.
AFC Bournemouth are YTWFC’s last opponents before our first season as a FA WNL club kicks off. Wednesday’s opposition, who play in the Southern Region Women’s Football League, were also our last game before our summer takeover and rebrand. That exhibition match to bring the curtain down on season 2018/2019 saw Yeovil run out as 5-0 winners.
The cost of tickets on the night are Adults – £3.00, children and concessions – FREE. Please be advised that payment is cash only. The correct change would be greatly appreciated to ensure queues are kept to a minimum.
Dorchester Town FC adult season ticket holders can gain entry for £1. Your season ticket must be shown at the turnstile.
TURNSTILES & STADIUM SAFETY
The turnstiles are situated to the right hand side of the main stand. Turnstiles will be open from 1845 (an hour before kick-off) and we would advise to arrive early to avoid any queues.
Bags will be searched by stewards at the turnstiles; please do not bring excess baggage for queuing purposes or cans and bottles to the stadium as they will be disposed of.
Parking is available onsite, to the rear of the stadium, and will cost £2 per car. A parking attendant will direct you upon arrival.
The postcode for the stadium is DT1 2RY.
REFRESHMENTS & BAR
Food and drinks are available to fans in the snack bar to the right of the cash turnstile, and in the bar area before kick-off. Please note no alcohol can be consumed outside of the bar area, in view of the pitch.
Fans are NOT permitted to enter the pitch at any time and this includes after the full-time whistle. Should fans want to take pictures, get autographs etc, then players will be happy to do this, under the covered terraces at the A31 end of the ground. If you are waiting on autographs etc. please endeavour to stand clear of the emergency exit so it can be free flowing.
If you are looking for food pre-match then why not try Brewery Square in the heart of Dorchester town centre. A large choice of restaurants and café’s is available less than a mile from the ground! There are also local services bus that run frequently from Brewery Square and the ground.
